No larger than 120cm (height)
and 90cm (width).
One poster board is available for each presentation
and will be suitable for mounting photo prints,
descriptions, charts and tables.
Heading: List the title, all
the authors' name and affiliations. The heading
must be placed at the top of the poster.
The poster can be made either
with one sheet (rollup) or several small sections.
Do not mount heavy cardboards on the board
because they may cause difficulty in keeping
the position of the board.
All materials must be readable
from distances of 1meter.
It is highly recommended for
all poster presenters to prepare leaflets
with summarization of your presentation. They
will be put beside your board for the distribution
to the participants.
