Exhibition booths are approximately 3 m x 2 m with partitions between adjacent booths. One table and chair will be provided and each booth will be supplied with a 220 V outlet (1 kW). Please send the application form to the ICC2008 Secretariat (icc2008@hanjinpco.com). Additional equipment such as internet, air regulator, furniture, and electrical services, beyond the standard set-up should be arranged with the Korea E&I (www.messeworld.co.kr), the official agent for the ICC2008 Exhibition, and may cost additional fees.

Exhibition participation fee for one standard booth (3 m x 2 m) is US$ 3,000. This fee includes one proceedings (CD-ROM Only), 2 name badges for exhibition hall entrance and lunches for four days. The space will be assigned to each applicant on a ?œfirst come, first served basis??in order of application

Submit your application form with the total amount of the participation fee
by March 31, 2008
Each booth will be allocated and detailed information for the exhibition
will be sent by May 31, 2008
ICC 2008 Exhibition Opening: July 14, 2008
 

The total amount of the participation fee needs to be received in advance with your application form. There is no charge for the cancellation received prior to May 31, 2008. However, all sums paid by the exhibitor, less an administrative fee of 20% of the participation fees, will be refunded. The charge for cancellation received from June 1 through June 20 is 50% of the total amount of the participation fee. No refund for cancellation received after June 21, 2008 will be given. Payment can be made using major credit cards or wire transfer. The detailed information on payment is as written on the application form (Please refer to the application form attached for more detailed information about how to settle the payment).
